Thermobreak Sheet

Thermobreak Sheet is a completely closed cell, physically crosslinked polyolefin foam insulation with a heat bonded factory applied reinforced aluminium Foil. Thermobreak Sheet has an operating temperature range of -80˚C to 100˚C and is ideally used for insulating ducts, tanks, vessels, large pipes and underslabs. Thermobreak Sheet is also used in conjunction with Thermobreak Tube within areas where Tube form cannot be used, for example on valves or flanges.

Description

Thermobreak Sheet is produced with plain or adhesive backing and is available in a range of thicknesses. Thermobreak Sheet has a density of 25kg/m3 which gives it greater flexibility, whilst still being tough and durable. The lower density also allows Thermobreak Sheet to have one of the best thermal insulating properties available on the market.

UV Resistant – Foil used on Thermobreak Tube allows it to be used outdoors
Anti Microbial.
Non Fibrous – Thermobreak does NOT contain (SMF) Synthetic Mineral Fibres, so no gloves or respiratory masks required upon installation.
Temperature Range – minus 80˚C to 100˚C
Lengths & Sizes – Rolls available in 1mtr wide with various lengths depending on thickness of foam. Sheet – 1.2mtr x 2.4mtr, other sizes available on request.
Thickness – Available in 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm. Other sizes available on request.
