Metal Sheathing & Cladding is primarily used to protect insulation from mechanical damage. When exposed to the weather, it creates a safeguard for the insulation / vapour seal, providing the insulation longevity.
Metal sheathing can be fabricated from various different materials and thicknesses, to list a few:
- Zincalume
- Aluminium (Mill finish & Stucco)
- Colorbond
- Stainless Steel (304 & 316 Grade)
- PVC
Metal Sheathing & Cladding is generally used in plant rooms, when exposed to the weather, subject to mechanical damage, valves, pipeline components, tanks, vessels, boiler flue’s and pump sets.
